How does this work?

✔ Complete the Build The Talk pre-work. At least five days before we meet in person, you'll complete a guided online module designed to help you clarify your audience, their most urgent problem, and the message you want to share.

✔Meet privately with Lauren. You'll have a required 60-minute Clarity Session with Lauren before the retreat day to dig into your ideas, strengthen your direction, and make sure you're building the right talk for the audience you want to reach.

✔Receive your personalized talk outline. Based on your pre-work and Clarity Session, Lauren will create a proposed outline for your talk, including suggested content and direction. You'll receive it at the in-person intensive so you can spend the day writing, refining, collaborating, and bringing your talk to life.

What happens after I leave?

✔Send Lauren your completed draft. Once you've turned your work into a full draft, you'll receive one round of detailed written feedback from Lauren, including notes and recommendations to strengthen your message, structure, storytelling, and audience connection.

✔ Reconnect for a private follow-up. You'll also have an optional 30-minute follow-up session with Lauren to talk through your feedback, troubleshoot anything that still needs attention, and put the finishing touches on your talk. 

By the end of the complete experience, you'll have a finished 20-minute signature talk designed to connect with your ideal audience, showcase your expertise, and become a tool for growing your visibility and your business.
