Ā The Visibility Experience
A one-day transformation for women entrepreneurs ready to amplify their visibility and expand their impact.
Saturday, September 26th, 2026 | 10:00 AM-4:00 PM | Montclair State University Grand Ballroom | Montclair, NJ
Visibility doesn't happen by accident.
It's built by getting clear on what you want to be known for, learning how to communicate it, and finding the right ways to get your message in front of more people.
The Visibility Experience brings those pieces together for one unforgettable day.
Join a room full of women founders and business owners for expert workshops, candid conversations, powerful TED-style talks, and meaningful connection, all centered around one question:
How do you get your message in front of a bigger audience?
Whether your next move is speaking on bigger stages, strengthening your marketing, writing a book, or becoming better known for what you do, you'll leave with fresh ideas, practical strategies, new connections, and clear next steps you can actually use.
What You'll Experience
Build The Talk with Lauren Chapnick
You have expertise. You have stories. You have something worth saying. But how do you turn all of that into a talk people actually want to listen to?
In this interactive workshop, Lauren Chapnick, founder of She's Got The Mic Speakers Collective and creator of Build The Talk, will give you an inside look at the framework she uses to help entrepreneurs turn their expertise into a clear, compelling signature talk.
You'll learn how to identify the right audience and the problem your talk solves, shape your ideas around one strong message, use stories strategically, and structure a talk from opening to close so your audience walks away with something they remember and can actually use.
Whether you already have a talk or you're staring at a blank page wondering where to begin, you'll start seeing your expertise differently and discover how speaking can become a powerful tool for growing your business.
5 Myths About What a Book Can Do for Your Visibility with Brooke Adams Law
Could a book be your next big move? Maybe. But probably not for the reasons you think.
Join award-winning author and book coach Brooke Adams Law, founder of Writing Brave, for a candid fireside conversation that challenges five of the biggest myths entrepreneurs hear about writing a book.
We'll talk about why simply publishing a book won't magically bring you clients, why the real ROI may have very little to do with book sales, why your keynote isn't automatically your book, why trying to write for everyone can weaken your message, and why the best books don't share everything you know.
Instead, Brooke will show us how the right book can become a powerful business asset, one that complements your speaking, strengthens your authority, and opens doors to new opportunities.
Market Your Business Like a Human with Rebecca Bertoldi
Great marketing shouldn't make you sound like everyone else.
Rebecca Bertoldi of 222 Marketing, a StoryBrand Certified Guide, will take the stage for a mini keynote on how to market your brand and your business without losing the human being behind it.
You'll walk away thinking differently about how you communicate what you do, connect with the people you want to serve, and build a brand people can actually relate to and remember.
TED-Style Talks From Women With Something to Say
Throughout the day, members of She's Got The Mic Speakers Collective will take the stage for powerful 10-minute talks offering fresh ideas and perspectives on leadership, entrepreneurship, life pivots, personal growth, and more.
Come ready to learn, laugh, think differently, and maybe even see a little of yourself in the woman holding the mic.
And Yes, You'll Actually Meet People
Because what's the point of putting a room full of incredible women together if you don't give them time to actually connect?
The Visibility Experience is intentionally designed to create space for conversation and connection, not just exchanging business cards between sessions.
You'll meet other women founders and business owners, have real conversations, share what you're working on, and leave knowing more people than you did when you walked through the door.

Who This Event Is For
The Visibility Experience is for women founders and business owners who know their message deserves a bigger audience.
Maybe you want to start speaking or get on bigger stages. Maybe you've been thinking about writing a book. Maybe you know your marketing isn't quite communicating what makes you different. Or maybe you're simply ready for more people to know who you are and what you do.
You don't need to be a professional speaker, have a book idea, or have your messaging figured out.
You just need to know that you're ready for more people to hear what you have to say.
Leave With More Than Inspiration
This isn't a day designed to fill a notebook with ideas you'll forget about on Monday.
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your message, practical strategies for getting it in front of more people, new ways to think about speaking, marketing, and publishing, and actual next steps for growing your business.
And you'll do it surrounded by women who are building something too.
Your message deserves a bigger audience. Come find out how to reach it.
