This is a high-energy, curated experience for women who are ready to be seen, heard, and connected in a real way.

What to Expect

We’ll kick things off with a relaxed arrival. Coffee, light bites, and time to connect while exploring our pop-up vendor market featuring women-owned businesses and local community sponsors. Need a last-minute Father’s Day gift or want to treat yourself to something fun? You’ll find it here.

Then we move into the heart of the experience.

Six women will take the stage to deliver powerful 10-minute talks. Real stories, fresh perspectives, and moments that make you think, feel, and see things differently.

After a midday break to connect and refuel, we shift into our pop-up panel experience. Two dynamic panels featuring inspiring leaders, innovators, and creators. Panel topics will be shaped around the women selected, creating conversations that feel relevant, real, and aligned with the room. Possible themes include mental health and burnout, menopause, momtrepreneurship, brain health, leadership, and more.

Throughout the day, you’ll also have access to our Content Studio inside Factory Underground’s professional cyc wall space. Step in, grab a mic, and capture elevated brand photos, group moments, and content you can actually use.

We close the day with cocktails, connection, and time to build real relationships.

Application Process

This is a curated event and all speaking and leadership roles are selected to create a dynamic, aligned experience for the room.

Please note, you must be a member to speak at all She's Got The Mic Speakers Collective events.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spots will be filled as we build the lineup.

We encourage you to apply early. We are looking for a mix of voices, stories, and perspectives.

All applicants will receive a response once roles are filled, and we will confirm receipt of your application.
